Location: the hotel was adjacent to places to visit and the mayan ruins. My modest room was well-maintained and beds were exceptionally comfortable. And there was a beautiful view of the mountains: )

This place is amazing! The staff is attentive, providing great service, including a surprise breakfast sandwich for my early excursion. The views are amazing, and the on-site restaurant delivers delicious, hearty meals. The garden area offers a peaceful retreat to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

The garden was beautiful and relaxing, and the homemade breakfast was excellent. I fondly remembered my previous visit with family, and the nostalgic feeling was heartwarming.

The power went out due to a storm, and it. While I appreciated the cozy atmosphere, I was quite uncomfortable in the heat. I would have loved a refrigerator in the room for my snacks, which would have significantly enhanced my overall experience.

The 'gorgeous' view was partially blocked, totally disappointing. We were humiliated at dinner when asked to leave for some french guests. I did expect at least a complimentary gesture for such treatment but evidently, they don't value all guests equally. Such a shame because it almost had potential.

The clean, spacious double room had a gorgeous garden view. I seemed like I was in paradise. Perfect for a group getaway!

The breakfast was delicious and the garden view made it even better. We loved the peaceful setting and spent our days exploring places like the Camino Maya Recreational Center. The staff was super helpful. They offered tea and coffee whenever we needed. Definitely recommend this place!

I stayed in the Double Room with Garden View for 2 nights as a solo traveler. My room was super comfy and clean, and I loved that it opened up to the beautiful garden. The view was nice too! Plus, the staff was amazing, like drinks in my room. The hot water in the bathroom was a big plus. Just wish the room was a bit bigger, but it was cozy enough for me.
